Booking, cancellations, and rescheduling policy
When booking with Unique Clean LTD, please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel and reschedule your service, a new booking and another deposit will be required, unless you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. We appreciate your understanding in helping us manage our schedule effectively to serve all our clients.
Preparing for your cleaning service
To ensure the most efficient and thorough cleaning service, we kindly ask that you move any furniture that you are able to. While we can assist with moving furniture if needed, please inform us when booking so we can allocate extra time for your appointment. Additionally, please ensure that pets are kept away from the areas being cleaned. Before the job, we will provide you with a checklist to choose between our standard and deep clean options. Please also ensure there is easy access to your property for our team.
Our satisfaction guarantee and liability
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with any aspect of our cleaning service, please inform our team while we are still on site so we can rectify the issue immediately. We aim to address any concerns promptly. Please note that Unique Clean LTD is not liable for any problems raised more than 24 hours after the service has been completed, as issues should be brought to our attention sooner for us to effectively resolve them.
Payment terms and insurance coverage
Payment for our services is due upon arrival, with any required deposit deducted from the total. Unique Clean LTD holds comprehensive insurance that covers any damages to your property that may occur during our cleaning services. We are committed to providing a reliable and professional service with your peace of mind as a top priority.
